Machine Sentry® Online (MSO) is an advanced condition monitoring solution for high-value assets and critical infrastructure. It supports measurement from a wide range of wired industrial sensors, including vibration, speed, temperature, pressure, torque, ultrasound, and more.
Suitable for use on both rotating equipment and static structures such as pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, motors, fans and more, MSO delivers simultaneous high-speed data acquisition across 8 dynamic inputs, plus 4 auxiliary channels for slow signals or tachometers.
Features include advanced demodulation, long waveform capture, spectral band energy trending, and orbit/shaft diagnostics. The system connects via 4G, Wi-Fi, or LAN and is built for harsh or hazardous environments (IP67 and optional ATEX Zone 1 & 2 certified). Data is stored and analyzed through the wider Machine Sentry® software platform.
