Intellinova® Parallel EN – Continuous, High-Availability Condition Monitoring
Intellinova Parallel EN is a high-performance online system designed for industries where reliability and uptime are paramount. Engineered to withstand demanding environments and complex operating conditions, it continuously monitors critical equipment and captures events without delay.

The system supports 4–32 channels for vibration and shock pulse measurement using DuoTech accelerometers, plus up to 16 RPM channels for complex drives and variable operating conditions. It synchronizes data across individual channels or multiple units, delivering a complete picture of equipment condition for entire machines.

Powered by HD condition monitoring technologies, Intellinova Parallel EN excels in gearbox analysis (including planetary gears) and low-speed applications down to 0.1 RPM, such as crushers, conveyors, and agitators. Its advanced capabilities also make it ideal for time-critical processes like rolling mills, press nips, railcar dumpers, and cranes, while remaining just as effective for standard assets like pumps, motors, and fans.

Deployed as a stand-alone unit or integrated with other Intellinova family systems, Intellinova Parallel EN ensures reliable, real-time insights that help prevent costly failures and optimize maintenance planning.

Supreme condition monitoring efficiency

Intellinova Parallel EN continuously monitors your critical equipment, capturing relevant events without delay. Four, eight, sixteen, or thirty-two channels can be used for vibration and/or shock pulse measurement with the DuoTech accelerometer. Four, eight, or sixteen RPM channels can be utilized for data acquisition on machinery with complex drives, even under variable operating conditions. For those requiring a more flexible solution, Intellinova Parallel EN with sixteen channels is available as a portable version – ideal for demos or test installations that require the same high-performance solution as the original version.

The system tracks and manages changes in process and operating conditions, providing a reliable snapshot of equipment condition for entire machines. Measurement assignments can be set up to trigger individual channels or multiple system units in parallel and synchronously. The Condmaster diagnostic and analysis software offers user-defined filter settings, live spectrums, and live views of the state of all connected devices.

Measurement technologies

Intellinova Parallel EN implements the most sophisticated and efficient technologies available for monitoring vibration levels, bearing condition, and lubrication effectiveness:

  • HD ENV, high definition vibration enveloping technology for detection of early-stage gear and bearing faults providing crystal clear spectrums and time signals
  • SPM HD, high-definition shock pulse monitoring technology for measurement with supreme signal-to-noise performance and very high resolution
  • SPM LR/HR HD, shock pulse measurement method
  • Broadband vibration measurement according to ISO 2372 or ISO 10816
  • FFT with machine fault symptom evaluation
  • User-defined measurements via analog inputs or OPC, e.g., pressure, flow, load, etc.

Technical Overview:

Intellinova® Parallel EN Ex is a high-performance online system, perfectly suited for condition monitoring of industrial equipment in potentially explosive environments. The system is complete with cabinet, system unit, cable glands, and power supply.

In order to obtain a complete Ex system, Ex interfaces for transducers located in Ex gas Zones 0, 1 or 2, or Ex dust Zones 20, 21, 22 must be used.
